Expediente 260/2024 - En el juicio de amparo indirecto número 2749/2023 (hoy 260/2024) se reclamó la Convocatoria para obtener patente de agente aduanal publicada en el DOF el 22 de junio de 2023 y su Acuerdo de Reanudación del 20 de noviembre de 2023.

Estrategia Legal

Se obtuvo suspensión provisional y definitiva para impedir que la autoridad designara vencedores. Ante el incumplimiento de la autoridad que designó agentes aduanales en agosto y septiembre de 2024, se tramitó incidente de incumplimiento.

Resultado Obtenido

INCIDENTE FUNDADO: Por sentencia interlocutoria de 10 de febrero de 2025, se declaró fundado el incidente de incumplimiento y se requirió a las autoridades dejar sin efectos las patentes otorgadas en violación a la suspensión.
